CDi delivers comprehensive counsel and representation on complex public policy solutions. We take pride in bringing stakeholders together to overcome legislative and regulatory obstacles, aligning outcomes to our clients’ objectives.
Government Affairs Services
CDi directly educates and engages with government officials, agency heads and staff. This effort is bolstered by our year-round work with clients to craft and refine legislative, regulatory and procurement initiatives. Our personal, systematic approach is rooted in diligent monitoring and assessment of matters to immediately and appropriately identify and address them.
Legislation and Public Policy
Decades of public policy advancement in Maryland and Delaware provide a foundation for the development and promotion of meaningful legislative strategy. We assist our clients, legislators and agencies to craft thoughtful policy that aligns stakeholder intentions. We secure legislative sponsors, coordinate testimony and bring allies to the table to accomplish client objectives. Finally, we bring focused integration to issue partners and allies, strengthening communication with stakeholder networks and facilitating content and key messenger programs for targeted decision-makers.
By working directly with government agencies and other interested parties, we anticipate and provide political and policy analysis of factors impacting administrative and regulatory outcomes. We then prepare clients for testimony and/or testify on their behalf.
From the monitoring of relevant RFPs to assisting through the RFP and procurement processes, we help our national and local clients identify opportunities and achieve contracts with state and local agencies.
There’s something different about CDi. We build uncommon bonds with clients and leaders across government, agency and industry. We offer a simple combination of steady focus, determination and expertise that consistently exceeds expectations. Perhaps most importantly, we boast decades of business and legislative accomplishment on behalf of some of the country’s most distinguished corporations and organizations.
